It is necessary to pay attention to the lifting angle (α), the larger the lifting angle, the smaller the lifting capacity. A lifting angle exceeding 60° is not allowed!

* Notes for use:
1. Do not carry heavy loads;
2. The chain is not allowed to be knotted or twisted during use;
3. The chain rigging can be adjusted in length with a special adjuster;
4. Do not use the hook tip to load;
5. The normal working temperature of chain rigging is -40 ℃ to + 200 ℃.
6. From + 200 ℃, the lifting capacity drops to 90%,
7. From + 300 ℃ began to increase the ability to reduce to 75%,
8. It is not recommended to use higher than 400 ℃;
* Discard condition:
1. If a chain link breaks, do not weld it yourself and use it again;
2. Deformation of chain rings, hooks, intermediate or connecting pieces;
3. chain ring average diameter reduced by 10%
4. There is more than 3% stretching at any position of the chain;
5. The deformation of the hook exceeds 10%.
* Notes on lifting:
1. Develop good hoisting habits and plan how to hoist, lift and unload before lifting.
2. Preparation: Determine the weight and center of gravity of the object to be lifted, carefully read the accompanying documents, and mark the lifting point and weight data. Only after determining the center of gravity can the hook be hung in the appropriate position!
3. The weight of the object to be lifted should be informed to the crane operator.
4. The hook of the crane should be hung vertically above the center of gravity of the object to be lifted.
5. The lifting of lifting objects should avoid damaging the lifting objects and prevent damage to the rigging itself.
* Notes on using multi-leg chain sling:
A, one-leg rigging, lifting point should be located vertically above the center of gravity of lifting objects.
B. If it is a two-leg rigging, the hanging point should be located on both sides of the lifting object, and the lifting point is above the center of gravity.
C. If it is a three-legged and four-legged rigging, the hanging point should be uniformly located on the level of the center of gravity of the lifting object and above the center of gravity of the object being suspended. Attention must be given to the craning angle beta (located between the curve and the hamper)
